  • Dried Hibiscus Leaves
  • Ripe and Sweet Pineapple
  • Sweet Oranges
  • Ginger Root
  • Cloves
  • Sugar (optional)

 How to make Zobo 

To make Zobo drink, start by rinsing the dried hibiscus flowers in cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Then, boil the flowers with the cloves and ginger… in a pot of water for about 10 minutes until the water turns dark red. Next, add sugar and pineapple juice, and any other desired flavors and let the mixture cool. Strain the mixture and serve chilled with ice.
